Community Renewal Team (CRT) Navigator
Access Health CT partners with Community Renewal Team (CRT) as part of our Navigator Program. Navigators are community organizations, and in addition to supporting enrollment or renewal efforts, they help Connecticut residents better use and understand their health insurance plans, including preventative care.

What You Need to Know About Enrolling In-Person at An Enrollment Location
Before your appointment:
- You will receive a confirmation call from Access Health CT (from this number: 860-241-0042) to confirm appointment time and other details
- Gather all the information for you and anyone in your household applying for insurance. Click here for a complete list of documents.
The day of your appointment in person:
- Call your enrollment location upon arrival to be greeted
- Get ready – make sure you have all the necessary information for your appointment

Customers must call ahead and make an appointment. Please call the number above before visiting in person. They can be helped in person or by ZOOM call. Masks are required in the building. Upon entering, a customer will be asked a few questions, asked to sign in and have their temperature taken. If acceptable, the customer will meet in a socially distanced conference room with CRT trained staff.
